		&lt;li&gt;We ship orders within Nova Scotia sometimes using a Local Courier or the local Bus stop delivery service.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Orders of in-stock items will ship within 24 -48 hrs of payment being received.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Orders of items out of stock will be shipped when the items become available, (usually within 7-10 business days) unless there is an agreement between the customer and us regarding item substitution.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Orders of items that are no longer available, will be refunded if no substitution item is agreed on between the customer an Sportwheels.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;If there is a problem with your order when we go to pack it, (some items out of stock for a short period of time etc..) we will email you, and wait for your reply before shipping even partial orders.  If we can not email you for some reason (undeliverable mail etc&amp;#8230;) and you do not give your phone number on the order, we will wait until we hear from you before we ship anything or refund a purchase.&lt;/li&gt;
