All gloves will be broken in to a “game-ready” condition unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The service includes glove conditioning and mechanical break-in. All break-in services are non-refundable once completed, and any glove receiving this service is considered a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. While every effort is made to handle each glove with care, the break-in process may alter the glove’s structure, stiffness, or appearance. By proceeding with the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these outcomes. Use of the MittMaster Machine involves mechanical force, and Sportwheels is not liable for any damage, defects, or changes resulting from the process.
