It is CRUCIAL that you have your rims taped with proper rim tape, or rim rubbers.  You can not run bike wheels without a liner over the nipples, or nipple holes on the rim.

We ship rim tape by 700c wheel size, from a roll, so it will fit any wheel.  You will need to have the tape punctured properly for the valve stem hole.
