Team Sales Production Team Member Help Outfit Teams & Families with the Gear They Need!
At Sportwheels Sports Excellence, our Team Sales department plays a crucial role in equipping teams, schools, and families with customized gear. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized individual to join our Production Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, take pride in getting things right the first time, and enjoy seeing an order come to life from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Work with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and process orders
Manage the administrative side of orders, including invoicing, tracking, and vendor communication
Set up and apply custom vinyl designs, including printing, cutting, weeding, and heat pressing
Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and order timelines
Keep detailed notes on orders and maintain real-time status updates in our system
Work closely with decorators to schedule and oversee order customization.
What We’re Looking For
A strong attention to detail—you’re precise and methodical in your work
Ability to follow workflow processes and stay organized under pressure
A team player who can also work independently when needed
Strong customer service skills—you enjoy helping teams and families get what they need
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using Microsoft Word & Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Knowledge of Cut Studio and Adobe Illustrator is a plus, but not necessary.
A positive, solutions-focused mindset—you handle challenges with professionalism
Availability for a flexible schedule, including potential evenings and weekends
Position Details: Full-Time: 35-45 hours per week, must be available Saturdays. Part-Time: 8+ hours per week, must be available Saturdays.
