Program Terms
By participating in the Sportwheels Rewards program, customers agree to the full program terms. Program eligibility, rewards, and point values are determined at the sole discretion of Sportwheels.
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (pre-tax). Points may take up to 24 hours to appear and expire after 2 years of inactivity, at which time tier status resets.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and must be applied at the time of purchase, they cannot be added retroactively.
- Rewards apply only to eligible merchandise. Excluded items: Used equipment, trade-ins, custom/team sales, labour, select association apparel, specialty items, and some already discounted products may be excluded from earning or redeeming points.
- Customers receiving volume pricing, team discounts, team accounts, staff pricing, sponsorships, or other preset discounts may not earn rewards unless purchasing at regular retail pricing.
- Loyalty accounts are automatically created after an eligible purchase, and customers can track points, rewards, and referrals through the Sportwheels app.
- Referral offers require a minimum qualifying purchase and are subject to program rules. Sportwheels reserves the right to modify or cancel the program or its benefits at any time without notice.
