Shipping and Online order policies,

Parking Lot Pickup Details: Please wait to hear from us via email, so we can pick your item, and have it ready for you. When you arrive at the store, call 902-865-9033 and one of our staff will bring the order out to your vehicle.
Orders to be Shipped:
Sportwheels Sports Excellence will ship out your web order within 24-48 hrs, Monday - Friday. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking info on your order as soon as it leaves, so watch your email!
If you Order from us over the weekend, or on a Canadian Holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day or two.
*If you live in a remote area, and our carriers inform us of any extra fees to deliver your order to you, we will be in touch, so we can arrange these costs with you. This includes most International orders outside of North America. There will most likely be additional shipping fees, over and above what is automatically charged at checkout. We will send you a quote, and credit what has been pre-paid.
Shipping outside of Canada DOES NOT include import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible to pay any and all import duties and taxes that may apply. The freight company will contact you to arrange payment, when your order is at the border services agency for your Country.
- Some of our suppliers and Brands do not allow us to ship some products, and we may need to contact you to arrange another form of delivery. We must abide by our suppliers product sales policies as an official dealer. This is rare, but sometimes can affect some orders.
- If you place an order for any custom work (embroidery, printing etc...) it WILL NOT ship out within 24-48 hrs. Our printing and custom department will be in touch with you regarding a delivery or pick up time in these cases.
- International orders outside of North America: There will most likely be additional shipping fees, over and above what is automatically charged at checkout. We will send you a quote, and credit what has been pre-paid.
- If your item, or items ordered are OVERSIZED and or very HEAVY, and require a special delivery method or packing method, the SHIPPING FEE CHARGED MAY NOT COVER ALL FEES on your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange for these extra fees.
*No refunds on items that have been discounted 20% or more. Exchange or store credit ONLY.
Returns - if you need to return or exchange an item, please EMAIL US and we will give you authorization, and issue you a code to have with your return, so we can track your items properly. Items sent back without authorization will be returned to sender.
