In-Store Pickup
Please wait for an email confirmation before coming to the store. Our team will pick and prepare your order and notify you when it is ready for pickup.
Order Processing & Shipping
Most online orders within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed and shipped within the next one to two business days.
Please note that custom orders, including embroidery, printing, team sales, and other personalized products, require additional production time and will not ship within our standard 24–48 hour processing window. Our team will contact you with an estimated completion date.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on eligible Canadian orders of $199.99 or more before taxes.
Orders that do not meet the $199.99 minimum purchase requirement, or contain products outside eligible categories, may have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Remote Areas, Oversized Shipments & International Orders

If carrier fees exceed the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you before processing the shipment to obtain approval for any additional charges.
Shipping charges displayed at checkout may not fully cover actual freight costs for oversized or specialty items.
For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, customs charges, and other government-imposed fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer. Shipping carriers or customs agencies may contact you directly to arrange payment.
International orders, particularly those outside North America, may require additional freight charges beyond those automatically calculated at checkout. If applicable, we will provide a shipping quote and credit any amount prepaid toward the final shipping cost.
Freight & Supplier Restrictions
Certain manufacturers and suppliers restrict where and how their products may be sold or shipped. As an authorized dealer, Sportwheels must comply with these policies.
In rare cases, we may need to contact you to discuss alternative delivery or pickup arrangements if a product cannot be shipped to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard Returns
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at Service@Sportwheels.ca before sending any product back.
Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide return instructions. Items returned without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
Discounted Merchandise
Items discounted 20% or more from regular retail price are considered final sale and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued on these items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Vendor Direct Ship & Drop Ship Purchases
Sportwheels cannot process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for products purchased directly from third-party websites, even if Sportwheels was selected as the pickup location.

Customers must contact the retailer or manufacturer from whom the product was purchased for assistance.
If the item was purchased directly through www.Sportwheels.ca, please contact Service@Sportwheels.ca for return authorization.
E-Bike Returns & Exchanges
At Sportwheels, we stand behind the quality of our products and want customers to shop with confidence.
All e-bikes purchased through www.Sportwheels.ca or in-store are subject to the following policy:

New and unused e-bikes may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

E-bikes showing signs of use, misuse, improper assembly, accident damage, or modification may not qualify for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Financing (OAC)
Financing is available on approved credit through ShopPay via Shopify.
To help prevent fraud, financed orders may be held for up to 24-48 hours before processing.
A member of our eCommerce team may contact you on the next business day to verify and finalize your order before shipment or pickup.
