Orders to be Shipped:
Sportwheels Sports Excellence will ship out your web order within 24-48 hrs, Monday - Friday. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking info on your order as soon as it leaves, so watch your email! If you Order from us over the weekend, or on a Canadian Holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day or two.
*If you live in a remote area, and our carriers inform us of any extra fees to deliver your order to you, we will be in touch, so we can arrange these costs with you. This includes most International orders outside of North America. There will most likely be additional shipping fees, over and above what is automatically charged at checkout. We will send you a quote, and credit what has been pre-paid.
Shipping outside of Canada DOES NOT include import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible to pay any and all import duties and taxes that may apply. The freight company will contact you to arrange payment, when your order is at the border services agency for your Country.
Some of our suppliers and Brands do not allow us to ship some products, and we may need to contact you to arrange another form of delivery. We must abide by our suppliers product sales policies as an official dealer. This is rare, but sometimes can affect some orders.
If you place an order for any custom work (embroidery, printing etc...) it WILL NOT ship out within 24-48 hrs. Our printing and custom department will be in touch with you regarding a delivery or pick up time in these cases.
International orders outside of North America: There will most likely be additional shipping fees, over and above what is automatically charged at checkout. We will send you a quote, and credit what has been pre-paid.
If your item, or items ordered are OVERSIZED and or very HEAVY, and require a special delivery method or packing method, the SHIPPING FEE CHARGED MAY NOT COVER ALL FEES on your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange for these extra fees.
*No refunds on items that have been discounted 20% or more. Exchange or store credit ONLY.
Standard Returns - If you need to return or exchange an item, please EMAIL US and we will give you authorization, and issue you a code to have with your return, so we can track your items properly. Items sent back without authorization will be returned to sender.
E-BIKE SHIPPING, RETURNS & ONLINE ORDER POLICIES:
At Sportwheels we believe in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. All eBike orders online and in-store have a 14 day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returns of New and Unused eBikes within 7 Days of Receipt only. All orders returned or exchanged within this return window will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or damaged in an accident that occurred within this period may not be exchanged. If purchased online from Sportwheels.ca, you may be liable for shipping charges on any return sent back not due to defect or shipping damage.
eBike Magnum Bikes – ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Magnum Bikes warrants that all new Magnum Electric Bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Magnum Bikes retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective; provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console, and controller. If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center. It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and/or prevention of profit and/or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Magnum Bikes and Sportwheels are not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and/or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and/or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance. To fulfill a warranty request, you must fill out this form under “Product Issue”. You must fill out every field in the form and include pictures of the issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
