The X5 trigger maintains the legacy of X0 shifting with features and technologies optimized for 3x10 and EXACT ACTUATION.
- Rear shifter is specific to SRAM Exact Actuation ratio 10-speed mountain (and road) rear derailleurs
- Front shifters are specific to 2x (10sp-mtn/road or HammerSchmidt) or 3x (9/10sp-mtn)
- Front shifting uses Impulse technology to equalize shifts, while rear shifter has the ability to change up to 3 gears in one up-shift
- Stand-alone design to allow use with various brake options
- Composite and aluminum construction with steel hardware
- Includes stainless steel cables with top cap cable-change access, and an inline barrel adjuster
